Vegan Hollandaise Toast

 
Toast veggies and vegan hollandaise sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice Love Sprout Live Lean Clean Protein Machine Bread

  • Handful of spinach

  • 1/2 spiralized zucchini

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/3 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Directions:

  1. Place spinach, scallion, and spiralized zucchini on toast.

  2. Make vegan hollandaise sauce by placing cashews, water, lemon, salt, garlic powder, turmeric, and Dijon mustard into a smoothie blender and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

  3. Drizzle the hollandaise sauce (either cold or warmed up in microwave) over the toast and serve.
