Magenta Raisin Toast

Toast with greek yogurt, blueberry compote and raisins


  • 1 Slice Love Sprout Live Raisin Salutation Bread

  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 Cup blueberries

  • 1/2 Cup of sugar

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 Cup of raisins

  • 1/4 Cup of dates

  • Handful of pine nuts

  • Handful of pecans

  • Handful of Cacao nibs

  • Pinch of chia seeds


  1. Prepare berry compote.

  2. In a large, nonreactive sauté pan over medium heat, combine 1/4 cup water & 1/2 cup sugar & bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.

  3. Cook 2 minutes, then add blueberries, and lemon juice.

  4. Return to boil, then add butter & swirl mixture around in the pan until butter melts.

  5. Mix berry compote and Greek yogurt, spread mixture onto toast.

  6. Spread Greek yogurt and compote evenly on the toast,

  7. Top with crushed pecans, raisins, dates, cacao nibs, and pine nuts.

  8. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
