Love Sprout Live vs.
Ezekiel 4:9 Bread
What’s the difference?
In short, other sprouted wheat breads use a “flourless mash” to bake their breads. We soak our grains until they sprout, releasing the additional bioavailable nutrients inside the grain, making them easier to digest. But then, we take extra time and care to dry the sprouted grains, then turn them into flour. The result is a blissfully nutritious bread with a cloud-like texture and heavenly flavor.
Increased vitamin C, produced by sprouting - helps protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals
Increased folate - good for making DNA and other genetic material, but also for your cells to divide.
Increased B vitamins: B2, B5, B6 - So B's do a whole lot of good things that play a vital role in good health and well-being like help control energy levels, brain functions, and cell metabolism.
Increased antioxidants - antioxidants help against cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and to a more vain extent, side effects of aging.
